Company namesake Michael Civitella has a practiced background of over 35 years in the construction industry, his accomplishments for managing a job site speaks for itself.
He began as a job foreman where he oversaw and supervised the day to day operations of a crew of 18 employees and all phases of work.
Taking a step forward with his career Michael began working with a large Concordville builder. During his time there he was responsible for all phases of new home construction for over 80 homes. From beginning to end Mike supervised crews, procured materials, oversaw the day to day operations, and coordinated subcontractors.
Mike then moved into the commercial and residential side of the industry. Gaining expertise in site safety, compliance measures, and prime contractor coordination. He oversaw all phases of building including the crews performing demolition, carpentry, and concrete.
